Meet Emily

Hi! My name is Emily Koprowski,

& I'm thrilled to have you visit my page. Let me share a little bit about myself!

I grew up in the suburbs just outside the Twin Cities and have always had a deep love for animals. From the worms popping out of the ground after a rainfall to the horses I'd see driving through the Minnesota countryside, I was fascinated by all creatures.

My family always had pets in our home. At one point, we had three cats, a dog, fish, and a hamster. With a big family, we all wanted pets of our own.

Understanding the time and responsibilities that come with pet ownership, I chose to volunteer at my local shelter instead. I loved interacting one-on-one with the dogs, walking them, and showing them love. It was a blast! It was at the shelter where my strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and love for dogs came together.

During the pandemic, while living in California, I started walking and sitting dogs through WAG. Through word-of-mouth, I began sitting for local friends and family, gaining consistent clients who trusted me with their pets.

Now, back in my home state of Minnesota, I've been working part-time at a doggy daycare and boarding facility for the past year and a half. I am passionate about growing my pet care services and would be honored to meet you and your furry friends. Thank you for considering me to take care of your beloved pets.
